Dr. Biz Nijdam was awarded a SSHRC Postdoctoral Fellowship for her book manuscript for “Paneled Pasts: History, Media, and Memory in the German Graphic Novel.”

Dr. Malakaj publishes co-edited volume

Dr. Ervin Malakaj published a volume co-edited with Dr. Vance Byrd (Grinnell College). The volume is titled Market Strategies and German Literature in the Long Nineteenth Century and appeared in De Gruyter’s Interdisciplinary German Cultural Studies series.
