This lecture is co-sponsored by the UBC Sauder MBA Class of 2023 and the Maple Hope Foundation.

Founded in 2014, the Maple Hope Foundation is a registered Canadian Non-for-Profit Organization raising funds to support Ukraine as they resist Russia’s unprovoked invasion. The organization focuses on three critical areas: medical support, refugee women and children, and non-lethal supplies for the front line defenders (food, protection equipment, communication devices, clothes). After the annexation of Crimea and since the beginning of the war in Donbass, the Maple Hope Foundation has been helping Ukrainian veterans, children affected by the war and displaced families.
