Join CENES, the UBC Ukrainian Student Union and the Maple Hope Foundation for the opening night of the Eyes of Mariupol Exhibit.
In collaboration with Maple Hope Foundation and with support of CENES Department, the Ukrainian Student Union is organizing an exhibit dedicated to the heroic defenders of Mariupol and Azovstal based on the work of Anastasia Dmytruk. The opening ceremony will also include a presentation by the Ukrainian poet and activist, Oksana Gurska, who will read a collection of poetry “People of Steel”.
The opening night will be hosted in the Lev Bukhman Lounge (Top of the AMS Egg), on Tuesday, February 27, at 5:30 pm. Refreshments will be provided.
The Exhibit will be available for viewing on Wednesday, February 28, and Thursday, February 29, at the AMS Nest Lower Atrium from 9 am to 5 pm each day.
