This year’s Witnessing Auschwitz Conference is focused on the sharing of a diversity of ideas and perspectives on Auschwitz and the Holocaust.
Alongside several Student Panels, where students will share the research projects they developed while studying at the Auschwitz Birkenau State Museum in May, we are proud to be hosting talks by various professors and community members. We will also be hosting a talk by Jadwiga Pinderska-Lech, the Head of Publishing at the Auschwitz Birkenau State Museum.
This student lead conference, lead by Rachel Gore, will take place on the 19th and 20th of September, from 9 AM to 4 PM daily, in the Dodson Room at the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre on UBC campus.
