Dr. Malakaj receives Hampton Fund Research Award for New Faculty
Dr. Ervin Malakaj, Assistant Professor of German Studies in CENES, was awarded a two-year Hampton Fund Research Award for New Faculty in the amount of $10,000. This award will support Dr. Malakaj’s archival research in Berlin, Germany toward his project “Queer Melodrama and Weimar Cultural Imagination.”

On August 10-11 Dr. Katherine Bowers hosted a workshop for the forthcoming edited volume Dostoevsky at 200, which she is co-editing with Dr. Kate Holland (University of Toronto).
