The Department of Central Eastern Northern European Studies (CENES) is excited to announce that Braden Russell has advanced to PhD candidacy.
Braden completed both his written and oral comprehensive exams and submitted his thesis proposal over the past summer. Braden’s prospectus investigates kinship and forms of sufficiency in queer Jewish cultural products in contemporary Germany.
