She wrote a chapter on post-war émigré academics and other Polish immigrants in North America entitled, “Gościnność, solidarność, sytuacja kryzysowa. Alicja Iwańska i inne polskie emigrantki opisują systemy wartości polskich emigrantów w Ameryce”. (Hospitability, Solidarity, a Crisis Situation.
