The Faculty of Arts at the University of British Columbia asked professors in the Department of Central, Eastern and Northern European Studies (Dr. Katherine Bowers and Dr. David Gramling) and the Department of Political Science to share their insights on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. They shared their thoughts on what books can help us learn more about Ukraine, what impact this war will have on multicultural states, whether Putin can be put on trial, and if anti-war protests in Russia could make a difference.
