Operation Valhalla: Writings on War, Weapons and Media (Duke UP, 2021) collects eighteen texts by German media theorist Friedrich Kittler on the close connections between war and media technology. The volume is co-edited by Geoffrey-Winthrop Young, Ilinca Iurascu and Michael Wutz (Weber State University), with an ample introduction by Dr. Winthrop-Young.
