Dr. Katherine Bowers has received a British Academy Visiting Fellowship to spend the summer at the University of St Andrews. working on her new book project, Unstable Environments: Reading Climate Change Across the Long Nineteenth Century.

Dr. Malakaj Publishes Article on Free Fall in GLQ
Dr. Ervin Malakaj, Assistant Professor of German Studies, published an article in the most recent issue of GLQ: A Journal of Lesbian and Gay Studies. The article is titled “Queer Time and the Cinematic Pleasures of the Locus Amoenusin Free Fall.”
