CENES Courses: Spotlight on SCAN 332A (Sámi Culture: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow)
SCAN 332A 001: Topics in Scandinavian Studies (in English) is a three-credit course that explores everyday life, artistic expressions, and the political realities of Sámi people—the only recognized Indigenous people in Europe.

Vikings and Norse Mythology (in English), taught by Dr. Geoffrey Winthrop-Young, is a three-credit course that explores the reasons for the First Scandinavian Expansion (800-1100) and the basic features of Old Norse Mythology.
